PRACTICAL INFO:
- You have the options to book via the website or by e-mail. It is necessary to book in advance. The booking becomes final after we have sent you confirmation by e-mail.
- Pick-up outbound: The time of pick-up depends on the region where you live and your destination. Usually about 3h.before the departure of the outward flight from Zaventem.
- Escort at the airport or station on request.
- The scheduled pick-up time on your return flight will be adjusted automatically if it is brought forward or delayed. Please inform us if you have missed your flight on your return flight. For night flights, please provide the correct information.
- Upon arrival at Zaventem (Brussels Airport), we will welcome you in the arrival hall with your name or with our nameplate RV Driving Services.
- Payment can be made in advance via Bank Transfer, cash or via Payconiq on the spot to the driver, before your departure. Payment by bank or credit card is possible, but must be stated in advance.
- An invoice or proof of payment can be provided on request.
