The purpose of this statement is to inform you.

To whom does this statement apply?

This notice applies to all natural persons, regardless of whether they are customers or employees of R.P.Consult BV. Legal persons should not be taken into account.

Within the scope of our services, we consider the name and first name of a recipient as business information that allows us to process a business transaction (delivery). If you do not agree to this, you should only provide us with business addresses without us being able to guarantee delivery to the correct recipient.

What data is this statement about?

Personal data about you, that is, the data that allows us to identify you directly (data such as your name and surname allows your immediate identification), or indirectly (data such as your phone number, or the registration plate of your vehicle allows your identification indirectly).
During our interactions with you, we may collect different personal data depending on

  • identification data (e.g. name, surname, address, etc.);
  • contact data (for example: address, e-mail address, telephone, etc.);

When and how are your personal data collected?

  • when you use our services or place an order;
  • when you subscribe to our newsletters;
  • When you contact us through the various channels available to you;
  • When you provide data when using our website (including our pages in social networks) and/or our mobile applications.

On what basis and for what purposes may your data be processed?

We process your personal data for various purposes. For each treatment, only the data relevant to the pursuit of the respective purpose are processed.
In general, and as an example, we use your personal data:

  • in the context of contract performance (order/delivery);
  • when we have obtained your consent, in which case we process your personal data for the specific purpose(s) for which you have given us consent;

Access to your personal data is allowed only to persons for whom it is necessary for the performance of their duties. They are held to strict professional discretion.

Who has access to your data and to whom is it transferred?

To protect your privacy, the people who are given access to your data are carefully determined according to their duties.
We may use subcontractors for proper data processing. These subcontractors are contractually bound to us and must therefore follow our instructions and comply with the principles set out in this statement.

You have the right to access the data relating to you.

If you find that, despite our efforts, your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it.

C. Right to destruction (“right to be forgotten”)
In certain specific cases, you can have your personal data deleted.

D. Right to restriction of treatment
In certain specific cases, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

E. Right to portability
In some cases, you have the right to request the personal data you have provided to us.

F. Right of opposition
Where the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate or public interest, you have the right to object to it at any time, for reasons related to your specific situation.

G. Right not to be the subject of a decision based on automated processing, including profiling.

H. The right to withdraw your consent
Where treatment at R.P.Consult BV is based on your consent, you may object to data processing and withdraw your consent at any time.

I. Who should I contact?
To exercise your rights, simply send your dated and signed request with a photocopy of both sides of your identity card by post or e-mail to our person in charge at info@rvdrivingservices.be.

7) How long do we keep your data?
R.P.Consult BV uses your personal data only when there is a purpose for doing so. Upon completion of these purposes, this data will be deleted.
This means that processed data will be retained for the duration of the contract, the statutory limitation period and any other retention period that would be required by law.
